🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to order with confidence. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy is strict and hygiene-focused.
✅ 30-Day Returns (Unopened Only)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unused

The product is unopened

The product remains in original, sealed packaging

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, processing, and inventory costs

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.
❌ Returns Not Accepted For
For hygiene and contamination reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or used products

Single-unit products that have been opened

4-packs or bulk orders of any quantity

Commercial, gym, studio, or bulk purchases

Change-of-mind once packaging has been opened
Opened filtration products cannot be resold and are strictly non-returnable.
📦 Bulk Orders
All bulk or multi-pack purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns, except where required under Australian Consumer Law for verified manufacturing defects.
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a confirmed manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be defective, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
