🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to order with confidence. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy is strict and hygiene-focused.


✅ 30-Day Returns (Unopened Only)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened

  • The product remains in original, sealed packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Return Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Returned items must be shipped using a trackable service

  • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling, processing, and inventory costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved.


❌ Returns Not Accepted For

For hygiene and contamination reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Single-unit products that have been opened

  • 4-packs or bulk orders of any quantity

  • Commercial, gym, studio, or bulk purchases

  • Change-of-mind once packaging has been opened

Opened filtration products cannot be resold and are strictly non-returnable.


📦 Bulk Orders

All bulk or multi-pack purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns, except where required under Australian Consumer Law for verified manufacturing defects.


🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


🇦🇺 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be defective, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
