These Terms and Conditions (β€œTerms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Ice Bath Filters (β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Ice Bath Filters operates from Australia and sells physical filtration products to customers worldwide. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective once published on this website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to purchase.

2. Product Use & Compatibility

Our products are designed for sediment and debris filtration only and are intended for use in compatible 10” x 2.5” filter housings.

Ice Bath Filters:

  • Do not purify water

  • Do not remove bacteria, viruses, or pathogens

  • Are not medical or health devices

You are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with your system prior to purchase.

3. Pricing & Orders

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Limit quantities per customer or per order

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified once dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

  • Standard shipping: approximately 5–10 business days

  • Express Australian shipping (where selected): approximately 2–3 business days

Ice Bath Filters is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy (Important)

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period only under the strict conditions outlined below.

Returns are ONLY accepted if:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is unopened

  • The product is in original, sealed packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Returns are NOT eligible for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Single-unit purchases that have been opened

  • Bulk or multi-pack orders (including 4-packs and larger quantities)

  • Products purchased for commercial, gym, studio, or bulk use

  • Change of mind after opening packaging

  • Incorrect installation or compatibility issues

For hygiene, handling, and contamination reasons, any opened package cannot be resold and is therefore non-refundable.

6. Bulk Orders (Strict No-Return Policy)

All bulk purchases (including but not limited to orders of 4-packs, discounted quantities, or 40+ units) are final sale.

Bulk orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law for a verified manufacturing defect.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • With a clear manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

Normal wear, clogging due to heavy sediment, or expected lifespan reduction due to usage does not constitute a fault.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Where a product is found to be defective under ACL:

  • You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund

  • Our liability is limited to remedies required under law

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ice Bath Filters is not liable for:

  • Loss of water quality

  • System damage caused by improper installation

  • Flow restriction due to environmental conditions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Use of our products is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
